CBN provides outdoor wireless antenna as the receiver from the nearest Base Transceiver Station (BTS) within the coverage of CBN infrastructure. From the CPE, a 30 meters UTP data cable is then directly installed to the customer’s devices such as computer, laptop or other network equipments such as router or switch/Hub). Any additional data cables needed will be subjected to additional charge.

This service is exclusive provided for residential customers within non-commercial areas. The CPE belongs to CBN and shall be collected back by Engineers upon termination of service through equipment dismantling visit. Any service termination within 12 months or less will be subjected to a termination penalty of Rp 500.000,-.
