Should your phone line is already covered, then you may upgrade your phone line by contact CBN Customer Care. ADSL Service applicant will be prompted to complete ADSL Service Registration Form (for registration to CBN and Telkom). Enclose a copy of your ID (KTP/Passport/KITAS) and the payment receipt.
When your phone line has been upgraded to ADSL-ready, then you may proceed to purchasing the suitable ADSL modem from your preferred suppliers. (Check the modem suppliers here).
Making payment You need to pay the registration charge, first month monthly charge, plus 10 (ten) percent VAT charges in advance for your Internet account to be activated. We provide various payment methods to settle the registration fee:
Cash. You should pay it directly to our teller at our office.
ATM BCA and BII.
Credit Card. Please send a copy of your Credit Card (both sides) together with your registration form.
Internet Banking BCA. Please send the Internet transaction journal along with your regisration form.
Bank Transfer to PT Cyberindo Aditama: - BCA Kuningan Jakarta Branch a/c No. 217.300249.1
Return the registration form You may return the registration form directly to our office, or by fax to 021 5742481, attached with a copy of your identification and payment receipt. Otherwise, you may fill out the online registration form at CBN website, and send a copy of your identification and payment receipt by e-mail ( sales@cbn.net.id) or by fax.
Registration period As soon as you complete the registration application, we will send your application to Telkom. Telkom will process your ADSL link for maximum 21 working days (not including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays). After received the confirmation from Telkom regarding your ADSL number, we will inform you by phone.
