How to Register

To subscribe, please comply to the following procedures:

  1. Complete the registration form by:
    1. Visiting CBN office (Cyber 2 Tower, 33rd Floor, Jl. HR Rasuna Said Blok X5 No. 13, Jakarta Selatan, 12950) during office hours, Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 and Saturday, 08:30 – 12:00, or by visiting CBN branch offices .
    2. Request to our Customer Care staff via telephone at (021) 579 4588 for Jakarta area to deliver the form via facsimile.
  2. Making payment
    We provide various payment methods to settle the registration fee:
    1. Cash, you may pay the registration fee at our offices.
    2. BCA and BII ATMs :
      - Enter your BCA or BII ATM Card.
      - Enter your PIN
      - Select Other Transactions
      - Select Payments
      - Select Internet
      - Select CBN
      - Enter your Customer ID (for new registration, temporary Customer ID is 8888 8888) and press Correct
      - Enter the amount of payment and press Correct
      - End of Transaction
      - Write down the name of the account holder, and then fax the ATM receipt to CBN.
    3. Bank Transfer, addressed to PT. Cyberindo Aditama, BCA Kuningan branch, Jakarta, account number: 217.300249.1. Attach the transfer receipt to your registration form.
    4. Credit Card, please attach a copy of your credit card (both sides) to your registration form.
    5. BCA Internet Banking, for more information, please visit http://www.cbn.net.id/atmbca/. Please attach the Internet Banking transaction receipt to your registration form. Write down the name of the account holder, and then send the receipt to CBN by fax.
  3. Return the registration form
    You may return the registration form directly to our office, or by fax to 021 5742481, attached with a copy of your identification and payment receipt.
  4. Activation Period
    Activation process will take a maximum up to 3 working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
