For this condition, we could not give you any discount or billing adjustment regarding closed / temporary freezed.
First thing you have to settle all of the outstanding bills. Then you have to give us the notification letter or just fill in The closing form, that could be downloaded at CBN Forms
After filled, the form could be faxed back to (021) 57902909 along with copy of your ID/KTP.
Closing account will take time about 7 working days, which is until your account and email is deleted from our database.
The best time to close your account is in the end of the month to avoid monthly charge in the next bill.
Temporary freezed can only be done within 2 months maximum and only once a year.
Temporary freezed or Paused can be done by the customer himself / herself for all kinds of services. Therefore you need to make a notification at least in the end of the month to avoid a monthly charge on the next bill. You could make the notification to CBN in 7 working days and you have to settle all of the outstanding bills before it.
After we receive all the information about your payment (we need the payment proof which you have already paid), we will unfreeze your account on the same day ( in one hour at the latest) This condition is applied on working days only.
This could be happened because of several things, such as :
- Late of payment
- Request from customer to Freeze the account.
